We take Paypal payments that guarantee the safety of the transactions. We take down payments to begin with the order and the remaining amount is settled after the completion of the order. The dress is delivered within 7 days. If you are not satisfied with he result we can make the dress again or cancel the order.

To cancel an order or change it radically, please inform us within 5 days. For any cancellation of 10 days and older there is no down payment refund.
